John Kupcha, DDS      Dr. John Kupcha is a 1989 graduate of the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry.  Since completing a general practice residency with West Jersey Health Systems, Dr. Kupcha has been practicing in Medford, NJ.  He is currently on staff as a teaching instructor at the dental residency program at Virtua Health System.  He has advanced training in orthodontics and implants.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental  Association, Southern Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, and the International Association for Orthodontics.  He and his wife Christine have three children.

Samuel Mutch, DDS     Dr. Samuel Mutch is a 1991 graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.  Dr. Mutch moved to New Jersey in 1993 and has been practicing in Medford since 1996. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Southern Dental Society, and the International Association for Orthodontics.  Dr. Mutch has two children and lives in Moorestown, NJ.

Chris Kulas, DMD     Dr. Chris Kulas is a 2000 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.  He completed a two year residency in General Practice Dentistry at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. He has been practicing in Medford since 2002.  He is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and Southern Dental Society.  He and his wife Vicki have two daughters.

Thomas Boytim, DMD    Periodontics Specialty # 3967
Dr. Thomas Boytim is our periodontist at Medford Family Dental Care.  Dr. Boytim is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine.  He is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, Academy of Osseointegration, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, and Southern Dental Society.  His three years of specialty training in periodontics was completed at the University of Florida.  Dr. Boytim is board certified in his specialty through the American Board of Periodontology.  He has practiced in the Medford and South Jersey area since 1994.  He previously practiced in the United States Air Force.  He and his wife Brenda live in Marlton, NJ.
